ClickFunnels is always looking to expand its integrations, and today we are very excited to offer you an integration with a top tier marketing automation tool, HubSpot!

What Is HubSpot?

HubSpot is inbound marketing and sales software that helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers. HubSpot helps engage your prospects with landing pages, calls to action, personalized email and a personalized website using an all in one automation tool. HubSpot software includes all the tools you need to do inbound marketing, plus award winning services and support to help companies master inbound marketing. 15,000 companies in more than 90 countries use HubSpot to manage their inbound marketing.

Why ClickFunnels Integrates With HubSpot

ClickFunnels previously only integrated with HubSpot through Zapier, however now integrates directly to provide both ClickFunnels and HubSpot users a simple way to communicate with each other throughout their marketing efforts. This means that you can build stunning sales funnels using ClickFunnels and send them through to HubSpot’s marketing automation backend instantly.

What Are Some Common Uses Between ClickFunnels & HubSpot?

1. Realtors Looking To Grow Their Business

If you’re a realtor who’s looking to grow your business, one of the key and most critical areas is acquiring leads. To do that, you fire up ClickFunnels to build a landing page for a “Free 30-Minute Home Inspection & Evaluation Consult” which you start marketing using Facebook Ads. Once you receive your first lead through your optin funnel, you then enter them into HubSpot and put them through an email sequence keeping your prospect engaged and excited about having you visit.

You’re then sent a reminder to call the prospect on the day of the consultation via HubSpot and then go out and consult with your prospect. If the consultation was successful, you make a note in the CRM to send them follow up documentation and can then tag them as a hot lead. If they weren’t interested, you can enter them into an automation where you send leads not currently looking to sell ongoing information about homes in the area. As your prospect gets warmer and warmer, they may express interest and then using Hubspot’s marketing automation tools, you can then have the tool signal you to reach out and call them again.

2. A Travel Booking Company Looking To Sell More Airfares and Hotels

Many travel booking companies offer specials and packages to their audience, only to struggle with selling them right and following up the right way. A travel booking company could begin to start a blog and write content surround travel to build up their SEO traffic from Google. Once people start landing on the page, they are able to display a ClickFunnels “ClickPop” offering a 10% off coupon for a package that they might be currently reading about. This exit intent allows the booking company to capture an otherwise lost lead, and then send them to HubSpot to handle the follow up.

Upon claiming their 10% off coupon, they were followed up with via email to set up a consultation. Those who took the call went onto make a book, meanwhile those who didn’t take the consultation offer remained in the HubSpot database. Then when a visitor returns to the travel booking site’s “booking page”, this indicates interest and a custom email is written from a representative for another consultation.

3. An SEO Agency Looking For Small Business Clients

An SEO agency aims to acquire clients who can go on a retainer for $1,000-$5,000 per month and is looking to start serving more of them and acquiring leads. The SEO agency runs Google Ads to come up when looking for “austin SEO” and then they get sent to a ClickFunnels survey funnel. After completing the survey, they fill in a form to download a “8 Hacks To Local SEO That Gets Results In 2 Months” eBook. HubSpot enters them into their CRM, then based on the fields they selected when asked about their marketing budget, they are segmented by budget and added to different email lists.

This then allows the SEO agency to follow up with them differently depending on the size of their business and satisfy them with the right information. All in all, it leads to higher engagement rates, open rates and click through rates. After 7 days of opening value based emails, a representative from the SEO agency calls their most responsive leads to talk about supercharging the results in their business.

What Does This Mean For You?

Now that ClickFunnels and HubSpot integrate with each other, you can now supercharge your sales funnels with some high level automation. Hubspot can help manage end to end marketing automation and CRM needs with your business and this new integration means that if you’re a business which currently operates on HubSpot’s platform, you can now have access to the leads sales funnel technology that everyone else has been using for the past 2 years!

Everyone at ClickFunnels is extremely excited to bring on HubSpot as a partner and is looking forward to see where the future for HubSpot and Clickfunnels takes us!

  • Interesting, I have a client who uses a HubSpot consultant on some of his sites – I always thought HubSpot was a competitor of sorts to CF! I’ll need to explore this…
